Do you ship Internationally?

Yes - we do – please contact us via email prior to ordering to confirm the postage cost.

What currency are your prices listed in?

All Prices on our web site are listed in Australian Dollars. 

How do you ship your goods?

Goods are sent by Australia Post.

How much does postage cost within Australia?

All Prices on our web site are inclusive of GST and postage.  Yes that’s correct, there are no additional cost for delivery. 

What are my International shipping choices?

Internationally goods are sent via     
•    Registered International - Merchandise - which generally takes between 5-10 days to arrive depending on your location.   The most economical shipping choice.
•    Express post international – which has the tracking facility for your product, and you can pay additional for insurance of your product.

How long does it take you to send the item?

Items are usually sent the next business day after ordering - sometimes same day.

Do you give Refunds?

Yes- if you are unhappy with our products and return them to us we will issue a refund for the cost of the product.  We do ask however that you provide us feedback to why you are sending the product back so we have opportunity to reply to and appreciate your concerns.
